Refund and Returns Policy

Rental bookings may be eligible for refunds only according to the cancellation rules communicated at the time of booking.

Items must be returned on or before the agreed return date and in the same condition in which they were issued, subject to reasonable wear for approved use.

Late returns, missing items, or damaged items may result in additional charges, deductions from deposits, or replacement fees where applicable.

If there is an issue with the item received, customers should notify us as soon as possible so we can review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.

Approved refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method within a reasonable processing period.
